"Soy licenciada en comunicación social, y docente de un colegio secundario, que se llama Nuevo Milenio, que está en Unquillo, y doy materias de orientación en comunicación. Conmigo los estudiantes aprenden a hacer todo tipos de productos gráficos, medios gráficos, digitales, trabajó también en producciones radiales y audiovisuales, las tres materias de la orientación de 4to, 5to y 6to año. Hace 15 años que soy docente. No soy de Córdoba, soy de Formosa, pero vine a vivir acá a sierras chicas a mis 26 años.
Conocí la capilla Buffo y quedé fascinada, con este lugar, con esta historia, con esta impronta por lo que en mi profesión como docente y como productora de medios de comunicación hago siempre proyectos que involucren a capilla Buffo. También porque me sorprende que un altísimo porcentaje de los adolescentes de sierras chicas no conocen capilla Buffo, asique desde hace 15 años que colaboro con la fundación haciendo todo tipo de proyectos escolares. Hemos trabajado tanto con mis alumnos, que la primera vez que fuimos a ese lugar estaba completamente abandonado por el municipio, la provincia, asique hicimos desde recuperar el vado de ingresos, a hacer conectar la luz de nuevo, porque se había caído con una tormenta, había árboles caídos y habían roto barandas de la escalera de ingreso. Donamos barandas, las pintamos, las colocamos. En la Turris Eleonórica, la base había sido profanada, estaba llena de grafitis, y con mis alumnos, rasquetear todo el lugar, fuimos a pintar, pintamos toda la cartelería de madera que había en ese momento, hicimos jardinería. Después fuimos avanzando, ya también, con la participación de la municipalidad. Mis alumnos en otro año se prepararon para ser guía de capilla Buffo, otros hicieron documentación.
Hemos limpiado los desagües de la capilla, conseguido donación de pintura para la capilla, nos quedamos a dormir al campamento, porque firmamos un documental sobre la historia de Guido Buffo, que dura 10 minutos, hemos colocado toda la cartelería, que indica cómo llegar, desde el centro de Unquillo hasta capilla Buffo junto con mis alumnos y empleados de la municipalidad, hemos hecho cientos de entrevistas, porque en el colegio tenemos un periódico y una radio, asi que periódicamente, estamos difundiendo todas las novedades que tengan que ver con el lugar.
Un año trabajamos el hacer audio guías para la gente que va a visitar la capilla Buffo, en inglés, portugués, para niños. Hicimos una obra de teatro contando la historia, hemos hecho afiches de concientización para difundir el lugar, para que la gente conozca y los preserve"

I got to know Buffo´s Chapel and I was fascinated, with this place, with this history, with this imprint, so in my profession as a teacher and as a media producer I always do projects that involve the Buffo Chapel. Also because it surprises me that a very high percentage of adolescents from small mountains do not know Buffo Chapel, so for 15 years I have collaborated with the foundation doing all kinds of school projects. We have worked so hard with my students that the first time we went to that place it was completely abandoned by the municipality, the province, so we did everything from recovering the income gap to connecting the electricity again, because it had fallen in a storm , there were fallen trees and they had broken railings of the entrance stairs. We donate railings, we paint them, we place them. In the Eleonoric Turris, the base had been desecrated, it was full of graffiti, and with my students, scratching the whole place, we went to paint, we painted all the wooden signs that were there at that time, we did gardening. Later we made progress, now also, with the participation of the municipality. My students in another year prepared to be a Buffo chapel guide, others did documentation.
We have cleaned the drains of the chapel, obtained a donation of paint for the chapel, we stayed to sleep at the camp, because we signed a documentary on the history of Guido Buffo, which lasts 10 minutes, we have placed all the posters, which indicate how to get there, From the center of Unquillo to the Buffo Chapel together with my students and employees of the municipality, we have done hundreds of interviews, because in the school we have a newspaper and a radio, so periodically, we are spreading all the news that has to do with the place.
One year we worked on making audio guides for people who are going to visit the Buffo Chapel, in English, Portuguese, for children. We did a play telling the story, we made awareness posters to spread the word about the place, for people to know and preserve them."
